Default HID Conversions

Guys,
Any thoughts on this. I been looking around for a conversation kit and now I am just getting tired of looking at so many different setup, I just wanna get started with my mods.

Any help would be appriciated.

what kind of look are you going for? i got my HID kit for $80 each. i dont know if they are the "fake" ones but they work perfectly.

i think this kit will be really good. plus you get the piece of mind knowing that you have an authentic kit.

Real authentic HID kit? lol what a load of bs. What makes an HID kit a real HID kit is that it uses a ballast and a xenon gas arc discharge bulb. As far as I'm concerned a $80 kit on ebay is a real HID kit as well. That seller is just trying to push a bunch of marketing bs.

Now the fake one would be someone selling a blue tinted halogen bulb as a HID. That would be fake HID since it uses a filament to produce light. A real HID produces light by discharging an arc across two electrodes kinda like how a welder works.

I guess I just bought fake one ,so is there anybody can help me with installation, you think I'll be able to do it my self or I should go to professional for this , I live in NE Philly please somebody help me I'll pay you or take you out or something, race you for money or even take you to movies if you are hot chick

i bought their real kit before, works great. (when i bougth it,the fake one cost over around 120-160)

on other hand my friend bought the "fake" $80 HID works good too.

i think japanese may have better quality,but 1:3 if i have to buy one today i may go for the chinese. lol

Get the "FAKE" one. it's almost like saying fiji water is real water cuz it's better quality and more expenseive and all other brand is FAKE. i had the "fake ones" for 4 years. still working.

if a cheapo HID conversion kit works for me, then its fine.

as long as it works, im fine with it. i do not need 200 dollar HIDs

There are no fake ones unless you bought a blue halogen bulb. Did anyone read what Jeff wrote?

the cheap ones work fine, just like everyone says......

its so dam cheap now , i remember when HID's down here in hawaii were going for like 600.00 for a kit

The difference between real and fake refer to the manufacturing standard of the HIDs. The reason MTEC is so expensive is because they guarantee their work for three years which includes everything found in the kit. The fake, on the other hand, wont last a year. People will spend extra dough on replacement bulbs, etc.

I prefer to get the real thing and enjoy my 3 year warranty!

mobilehid.com kits come with a 3 year warranty. and i've actually helped people replace their MTEC kits. lol.
