Default Question about the window/lock master switch

The button for the driver side window broke off from my window/lock master switch. I contacted Lexus and was told I need to replace the entire switch which cost approximately $400. I found a seller on Craig’s list who has one for a fraction of the price from a 99 GS 300. My question is would the master window/lock switch from a 99 GS 300 work on a 2002 GS 300?
Appreciate any feedback

Thanks
Mark
