wheels for a 99 gs300
I am looking for input on this... I own a black 99 gs300. I want some wheels/tires. I was thinking of the LM5's. Maybe 17x8.5 in front and 18x10 in the rear with lower tires in front and thicker higher tires in back. I want to give it that lower stance in front. I am aslo looking for a suspension kit that will help me achieve this. I hate the look most often achieved after dropping a vehicle where the front is higher than the back. My guess is an adjustable coil over system. Also, if anyone knows where I can get the navigation stereo upgrade(factory) used or new without paying a grip through the dealer. Thanks and I look forward to your suggestions.....

Rockk,
First of all "Welcome to the forum!"
From experience, you shouldn't run anything smaller than 18's on the GS. The car is a moderately big car with a large diameter wheel well. Also, if you are planning to get deep dish wheels all the way around they are going to look "small." Regardless if you are going staggered I recommened 18X8 with 235/40 tires and 18X9.5-18X10 in the rear 275/35 tires. LM5's look classy. Since you are in the higher price range area I suggest you consult our resident wheel guru Manaray. As a suggestion look at Volk Wheels, some products from AKTUSA.com, and Advan-Yokohama. As for suspension you can't go wrong with Tein Type HA coilovers.
