Default car rental

recently my gs has a rear differential oil gear leak, so i took it to the dealership to get it fixed. so they lend me an 07 es which i dont like and im hoping i get my gs back asap!

I dont really hear too many cases of the differential leaking on our cars. This is a pretty rare occurrence.

i bought it wholesale, so whatever happened to the car, i have to get it fixed.

thank god the car still has the 6 years warranty , but the warranty ends this september

but i like the comfort it provides 8)

i want the feeling the es gives, in my gs

Not true, the 2GS does have a minor problem with the front pinion seal leaking. It's not that tough of a job, but it would be awfully hard to it without a lift. it's about 4.5 hours, driveshaft, axle shafts, wheels, brakes, and removing the carrier assembly as well as R and R the seal. No TSB but it's out there, make sure to have your maintance done on time.

Honestly, it's rare that anyone has that problem on here. Obviously there are exceptions, but for the most part, I wouldn't place it in the same problem area as the door lock actuator, starter, and balljoint problem

if you bought your car from a lexus dealer, they offer a 6 year warranty, from the date the car was made to the end of its 6 years.
