GS430 ML Speakers
Spec says ML Audio System includes 10-speaker 240-watt.
I see only 8: 1 on front dash, 4 on front doors, 2 on rear doors and 1 on rear panel.
The other 2???

i think the rear door speakers are also components and have built in tweeters which they are counting as speakers like the front door components. Not 100% sure about this though.

I don't know about this one. That would make it 12 speakers. 2 behind the grills in the front door makes more sense. I really can't hear the rear door speakers when I'm driving. Only hear the front and sub. I haven't looked at mine but I only count 8 and I have the Navi/ML too. If someone had pics that would be nice.

OK, I have the ML system, and here is how it breaks up:
4 in the front doors. 2 mids in the doors, and 2 tweaters in the edge of the windows.
1 center speaker above the clock.
4 speakers in the rear doors, 2 in each door. One tweater, and one mid behind the grille. (people always overlook these).
1 Sub in the rear deck.
That makes 10.

Ok ok. With all the speakers in the front I can't hear my rear door speakers. They do work cuz I can hear if i sit in the back seat. Any pics of the rear door speakers?

Grand is correct. Here's the rear door speaker with attached tweeter.
