i am approaching 90k i have 88,000 right now , what is the most miles you can put before changing directly at 90k, what's the most you can go over before changing belts, timing chain and water pump.

I did mine at about 88K. The tech said the old belt looked good, but he had never seen one that didn't look good and he had replaced hundreds of them. I have heard of cars going up to 140K with the OEM belt. Problem is if it breaks, you have a major repair project on your hands. My water pump was starting to seep around the seal, (I still have it). Be sure the tensioners and idlers are changed at the same time. Also, do not ignore the rest of the 90K service.

Does that include a new set of tires?, that sounds very high

You should get a quote from a Toyota dealer... much less.
Or locate a independent Lexus mechanic.

Those are all good parts. bando is excelent we have been using them on everything...its the only non factory that holds up just as good. and aisin is factory. Its what we use also. It is actually what toyota uses for their factory pumps it is just boxed in a toyota box! So essentually it is the same exact part! And koyo is good also for bearings and also radiators. BUT!!!! for front engine seals only use factory toyota!!! trust me. They will leak early...we toss the aftermarket seals and ONLY use factory toyota. just a few things to let you all know. I work at a lexus toyota shop so I know what parts work for aftermarket and lil tricks.

Oh and one more thing. I would suggest changing the tensioner bearing and idler bearing for sure! we have seen bad bearings heat up and kill new t belts early! No prob after new idler and tensioner bearings. And the actual tensioner itself we have never had to replace ever. maybe after second t belt but who hangs on to their cars that long!! lol just kidding.

Mmmm...you sure you've been working on Lexus?

A. The tensioner is hydraulic, there are no bearings involved.

B. The tensioners actually go bad quite often, they are very easy to replace (two bolts) and are a definite "to-do" when your doing a 90k service.

C. Maybe you are getting the tensioner and the pulley bearing confused. I have never *ever* seen a timing belt tensioner pulley bearing go bad in a Gs. Possibly you were thinking of the accessory belt pulley tensioner bearing going bad which does occasionally happen. I'm pretty sure you can't directly source a timing belt tensioner pulley bearing in the first place as the part is rated at about 200k miles before ultimate failure and is an assembly, not a serviceable part.

Anyways.....for a timing belt job (if you are trying save a few dollars) this is what you want:

Timing belt
Timing belt tensioner
Front Main Seal
Water Pump
Water pump O-rings and gaskets (make sure you get these, the old ones are NOT reusable and WILL leak)

Again, this is for a *budget* job, these are the main things that NEED to be replaced. The other things listed by Jeff are good to do but you can get away with putting them off if you are in a cash bind. Cam seals on the 2jz rarely leak and will save quite a bit of labor from pulling the cams. Your timing belt idler pulley is another item that rarely fails, I have yet to see it happen on cars that aren't making big hp. Accessory belt is a two minute job you can do in your driveway. Again, this isn't the recommended "full" service but will get you by if cash is low.
