If you guys really want these tail lights, why not just buy them from ebay? They don't cost that much.

i know we're not supposed to post ebay links, but this isnt my auction just one i found with a quick search you guys might like, no huge clear lower section either.

 

yeah, those looks nicer, but i think someone said the output was not that good.

 

Could you not increase the output on your own? Maybe replace the LEDS or the power supply? (I'm talking out of my *** right now by the way...just trying to start conversation on how to increase output cause I really like those housings.)

taking it apart and replacing them with better LEDs? might as well get Sonars and put a red tape on the fat bottom part or have it made custom one off (better yet, DIY, there is an IS owner that did LED tails by him/herself).

 

I am going to keep this open to see if ANYONE got the tails or not. We shall see.

By the way, my order was canceled too.

 

$300 is an a good price, I paid closeto a grand for inner/outer combo the minute Carson had them. Sonar tails are good quality, all LEDs are still working and the bass from my subs has not damaged them in any way. I didn't think they would last with all that vibration.

I thought about getting JPs, but thought LEDs would look better, too bad they are fludding the market with cheap low quality leds.

 

My order was also canceled. I think the link above does not include the inner housings.
