Default Hid kit blowing the fuses, anyone know why?

Hey guys I just tried to put three different HID kits on my non hid 2003 gs300 and they all keep blowing the headlight fuses. Any advice, help or direction you can give me will be greatly appreciated.

This could be that HID's require more amps initially for warm-up. I think it would be safe to try say if your stock fuse is 10A maybe go up to 15A at most and see if that will cure the problem.

you could do what dslexic said, i've done it and it's worked fine for years, or get a new relay and harness for the headlights. your start up current is a bit too high for your fuse. usually that's not an issue, but sometimes it happens. depends on the kit.
