Whats up Guys,I need to know where you can buy the chrome strip that goes around the gs300? I need to replace the one in the bumper because it is chipped and replace the others around because they are slightly faded. Please respond. Peace

The autozones i have been to never have it. Check pep boys, they always have them in stock or you can buy oem from one of the CL sponsored vendors.

How do yall pull off the old ones? I kinda scratched my paint pulling it off.

And how do you remove all of the old adhesive from the bumper

I woulda also like to know how to do this ... I need to replace the chrome trim on my front and rear bumper only. What is the best method to remove the old trim, and the best method to put the new trim on?

I live in houston, tx. I called my local dealer(westside lexus) and I was told that I needed to purchase the whole bumper. They only offered the trim that goes around the doors.

When I got my car painted I bought the strip from Autozone.($15.) One roll last for 2 bumpers. (rear & front) The only thing is this strip is not as fat at the original.
If you can live with that... no problem

OH, man, i went to check mine out today...and only the side has chrome for some reason, i don't know if my car was wrecked before, and they put a silver strip or that's the way i came, its a 98,gs300 BUT now that i notice that...im doing this...too...MY AUTOZONE here in houston has it
