(GS 400 -2000) The scanner say both are bad... (I'm not completely sure) One mechanic told me the intake manifold have to be removed. This involve a lot of work. Is similar to change the starter...
any idea...? Want to do myself

yes the intake manifold needs to be removed to access the knock sensors. If you are DIYer then it shouldn't be a hard thing to do. Just make sure nothing falls down into the intake and double check before you put it all back together. Nothing worse than having something fall in and bend some valves

Also I posted: my car doesn't run as before...
Finally find the culprit. See the pictures. WOW
Also the vacuum hoses was ate.
Very close to catch in fire... lucky me it didn't!
Labor to fix: $250 plus $40 in new plugs and wires.
Forgot to take pictures when fix was made
