Just to clarify..when you say fogs, are you referring to lights underneath bumper or the smaller lights just inside the headlights?

Default ummmm

Fog lights are the lights located under the headlights, they are toggled inside the cabin of the car by the *** that turns on the headlight stick on the steering wheel. He is not talking about accent lighting...... umm yea

I have 8000k fogs and I love them..... hope I have helped -Joe

I have clear 6000K, but am thinking of going to 16000K to have an offsetting HID headlight with blue HID fogs. Mounted the balast to the frame with self taping screws.

Yes to get the yellow look. Get the 3000k HID kit. If you're mounting the ballasts to a metal surface. Make sure to use double sided mounting tape. Basically you want to keep the metal from the ballast from touching the car chassis. The double sided mounting tape is a barrier. Some ballasts will go haywire if the case is grounded.
