Default What in the world just happened??...

On my way home from work this evening, while stopped at a 4-way stop, my car just bogged down… felt like the engine itself shut off but the radio stayed on. Simultaneously, every indicator light on the dash lit up and the needles dropped to 0. In a panic, I turned the car off and restarted, then causally drove the rest of my way home, luckily only about another half mile. I have never experienced anything like this before, has anyone else? Also, can anybody off me an explanation?

I checked the battery connections when I got home, and they all look good.

Thanks you in advance

Check your fuses under the hood, and also in the cabin.

Check your battery level and connections and your alternator.
That happened to me once and it was the battery connections.

If it happened at idle not while your foot was giving it the gas I would check the throtlebody the PCV valve returns right back into the air intake near the butterfly and sometimes oil crude will build up and cause idle air issues.

Also could be an IAT issue. If the sensor is going bad, it'll get worse as the air temp get warmer and humidity rises.

Mine did this on the free way going 75 ...

felt like i had something stuck in the tail pipe .. wouldn't go when i gave it gas ...ended up slowing down .. pulled off car wouldn't start ... for 30 mins .. then when a tow truck got there ... same issue .. then the next day

I tried to start the car . worked fine .. ever since

I checked alot of things and yet to find out what happened ...

FYI if it happens again and if all (or some-can't remember which one) the lights flashing, you should try to run a code.

Most likely it's the TPS-throttle position sensor and/or the TPA-throttle position accelerator.
