make sure your starter is good!
and if you start having problems, the location of the starter is a total crapper so make sure you're ready to get it replaced/rebuilt. It's all nestled comfy between the two cylinder banks UNDER the intake manifold, so it's got a shorter lifespan due to the heat from the engine than most starters.

that's some good advice! I had to get my starter replaced on the second day that I owned my gs. luckily since it was only the second day of me having the car, the dealership took care of all the expences.

nice pick up - i love the color......i prefer to see unique lexus colors other than the standards (black&white)
but i'm not hating on our black&white bro's....i like to see those colors as well.

thats why I got it. I loved the old IS 300 in a simular color and when I saw the gs in it. I had to have it. This is the first one I have ever seen on the road in that color. Seen pictures of them, but not live. they must not have made many of them

Congrats man. My fav color. Just wip out the claybar and a good wax and the color will pop more. This color over time dulls a little but with a good detail to the paint it will have that pop and luster again. Mine before I painter her was like that and I hit her with the clay, cleaner wax a couple times and she started to feel soft like new with a sparkling pop to her. Goo dluck man. That is a great deal. Have fun with her..
