How Does Your Lexus Compare?
#20
My Z06 is around 725-750 at the flywheel and last weekend I raced a newer V10 M5 from 80-140 and put a good 8-10 cars on him. My GS400 is a great everyday car but its no weekend warrior.

That's an impressive list! Maybe there should be a poll going on who has own the most cars!
For a sedan, my GS use to be the fastest until I picked up my IS-F. It is still the best sleeper car I have had.

I had a Civic Hatchback with a Turbo LS/VTEC so that was faster for sure.
Then a 1989 Nissan 240SX with a sr20det, stroked to 2.2 liter, upgraded turbo and all the goodies, so I say my Lexus is towards the slower.
But for overall performance, looks, comfort...can't beat the GS!! =)

I think the GS might be the fastest and the one I have spent the most money on (aftermarket parts). It is also the first car I have kept for longer than 2 years
The fastest I have gone in a car was 157mph in a Vett I use to have.
I have only hit 145mph in the GS, but I think the GS might be faster of the line
Top speed over all, 178mph in my 9RR , but that's gone too.

I always wanted to have a powerful luxury car. Finally I got it but... gasoline prices is killing me (as everyone in the world). When I bought it gas was $2 a gallon. Now I'm rolling in my 93' automatic Integra.. (24mpg)
My GS is sadly sleeping in the garage... only for special occasions!!

lexus is 3rd fastest i have owned, my IS300 was quicker 15.3 vs 15.6 qtr mile, and the fairlane i had before both of those was doing 14.3@97mph but was modded so hard to compare, the GS300 isnt as nimble as the IS300 and i think i would have my IS300 back in an instant but for what the GS is i couldnt fault it.

My previous cars are 92 NSX, 01 NSX. The GS3 is much slower, feel very heavy. But got lots of rooms, and won't catch too much unwanted attentions, now i can go shopping with my 1 yr old
