I tried this once with 350z first gen HID projectors. I gave up since it was going to take too much time to get it perfect. It's doable if you can find the right material and get someone with the right equiptment. Here's a tip if you really want to pursue it. Find some 1/4" thick polycarbonate with UV hardcoat. You will need some way to bend it to a slight curve without damaging the plastic or UV coat. Afterwards you need some way to cut the glass and plastic precisely. I'd recommend some kind of laser cutting equiptment. I actually have access to all that equiptment(computer controlled heat roller/bender and a YAG laser cutting machine) but it just simply takes too long to fab up a custom lens heh

If you're satisfied with "good enough" then you can do it by hand with a dremel and heat gun. It won't look perfect but it will work

Heyyyyyyyyyyy thats my idea lol.. Looking good there bud, I am working on something like that as well .

2GS fogs with IS300 9006 Yellow lensed fogs. I'll be using Lexan MR-10 for the front cover. The MR-10 doesnt fade/yellow over its life, the only thing you have to do to avoid melt down is to make sure the front lens dont touch the projector lens.

MR-10 on ebay

^^, I have used MR-10 before, on my TL the fog lens is glass from factory and it breaks very often so to replace it people sell precut MR10 fog light covers. Mine have been on for 3 years without any fogging/yellowing or fading.

The seller has more of these in different sizes but that should be more than enough for you.

Here is my contribution.

I had to sacrifice a good set of fogs oh well. The front cover is actually glass rather than plastic and the glue used to seal gets only slightly effected with heat, that being the reason I had to break the glass to open the fog.

Projector I am using is 9006 koito fogs from 1G RX300, the front lens will be replaced with a set of yellow lenses from IS300 fogs.

Reason why I am using the koito is cause it has great output, plus it uses 9006 bulbs the same bulb that OEM GS fogs use, this way I can stick with halogen fogs or HID ones if I ever want to. The front cover would be made from Lexan MR 10.
