17" or 18" wheels?

Can anyone tell me the bolt pattern? Will these work?
Wheel Size:
Front:18x8,offset is 45mm
Rear: 18x8.5,offset is 50mm
Tire Size:
Front: 225/40R18
Rear: 255/40R18
Bridgestone Turanza ER33
Bolt Pattern: 5X114.3

I switched to 19"... but all depends of rim style, offset and tire set-up.
Certainly, a pretty style with a almost flush rims and a tire that fit good to the rim will make a BIG difference.
Not mere 19" or 20"... you will have to make a good exercise trying to match it!
My car revived a lot and the handling is a way much better... but the f*** vibration is also bigger...my car is almost useless unless I go at 80 or less than 50mph but not between this range. A price to pay for going over specs.
Certainly, a pretty style with a almost flush rims and a tire that fit good to the rim will make a BIG difference.

Honestly, I feel that if you're going to go with 16, 17, or 18 inch wheels you might as well roll stockers. No point in getting aftermarket 17's or even 18's (on a GS) IMO. The smallest I'd go with is 19's or I wouldn't change at all.

Finding 17" or 18" staggered wheel widths actually ain't that easy.
And the tire cloices in 275/40-17 aren't pretty.
Are you buying new or used wheels? I suppose you could put on some
newer GS 18" takeoffs if you want a slight upgrade. Otherwise, to be
honest, I wouldn't even bother. You won't be happy with the look if
you're used to seeing all the terrific modified GSs on this forum!

I started out on OEM 16's and they rode smooth as silk with no steering wheel vibration. Then bought some Mille Miglia 17's off of TireRack that came w/ centering rings because they were not hubcentric. The steering vibration was rediculous no matter how many rotation and balances I'd go through. I also had the vibrations anywhere b/t 55 - 83 mph. I was annoyed for the entire 4 years I had them on. Felt like I wasn't driving a Lexus. I bought new 3GS OEM 18's about 4 weeks ago and the steering vibration is gone. Smooth as silk again. I read that if if you're not using hubcentric wheels on a car and the wheel is even a millimeter off when sitting on the hub, you're going to get a vibration.
unless the wheel(s) are bent. The Mille Miglia stuff isn't really high-end,
but with appropriate centering rings there should not be any issues.
Three words for Lexus customers: "Road Force Balancing!"

Going with OEM 18"
Decided to pick these up off Ebay and forget about it 
The auction says "local pick up only , free shipping with BUY IT NOW" so that's kind of confusing
My interpretation is if you bid you have to pick up local but if you use BIN you will get free shipping so I mean the guy is in FL and the price of BIN was $1150 for the 3 month old tires and rims. I figure that's a fair deal

That's what I came to conclude. At the time I wanted a quick and affordable upgrade and for $159.00 / wheel without tires, I couldn't go wrong. But after 4 years and noticing the paint all scratched off inside the lug holes, I realized I'd gotten what I'd paid for in terms of build quality and ride quality. So glad to be back with the OEM feel though. Feels like I have a new car. People riding with me would always notice a shaking noise in the car... from the watch band vibrating on my wrist due to the shaking steering wheel!
Back to the subject, great choice Tony. I would have recommended sticking to OEM 17's or 18's or getting aftermarket 19's or 20's.

I feel the vibration with Lexus original rims too (from 2003 GS 17") but less noticeable. Not as silky as my wife ES 300. This is what I call rolling through the clouds.!!
