I have '02 GS300 with 87K miles and yesterday I noticed a high hissing noise coming from the engine bay when I'm driving straight or at a stop even when parking with engine running. HOWEVER, the noise goes away when I'm steering but come right back when the steering wheel going back to it's home position. The turn feel fine and smooth, I checked steering pump fluid and it's full. What could be the problem? Thank you in advance.
