Im at 92000 and still haven't done it. I have no excuse though, I know of a reputable shop that will do it for just under $500.

I did my service in two parts. I did the first part at 90000, which included the fluids being changed which ran me a little over $400. I didn't let the dealership do my cabin air filter, or regular air filter because I have a K&N filter, and bought the cabin filter from ebay for 25 bucks, as oppossed to 60 bucks from the dealer and 30 for the air filter. That saved close to 100 buck. I just did the timing belt, water pump, cams and seals at 99950, and spent about 795. I also did my spark plugs on my own thanks to my good bud Lexizm. I ordered Torque Master spark plugs for about 90, as opposed to spending $245 at the dealership. I hope that helped.

I did a search and couldn't find the exact items to be replaced at the 90K service for the GS430.
Does anyone know where I could find the list? The manual doesn't have it.

Maybe give Carson Toyota/Lexus a call. I know they have many parts in stock

I bought my 99 GS300 used at 107k and although I had records that most of the 90k service was performed, I went ahead and did a timing belt/water pump/pulley/cam seals service, valve cover gaskets/spark plugs and all new fluids (coolant, ps, atf, differential oil). It cost me significantly less since I work at an Infiniti dealer and the master tech is a friend. All parts were at cost from the Lexus dealer across the street.
