Default Headlight Question

I've been doing a little bit of research about retrofitting projectors from a Q45 or possibly a LS430 and just wanted some feedback about what you guys think. Is it worth it, and what kind of money did you spend? I've also been looking at the Oracle Halo kit. Are any of these worth doing, or would it just be better to go with a normal HID setup?

I have an LS430 retro and also love it. It is kinda pricey though. I think I spent about $600 just in parts, then countless hours fabricating them. You will probably be looking at something similar price wise with the Q45s.

I personally thought it was worth it. When you turn them on for the first time, you realize how crappy halogen headlights really are. If you don't want to spend this much time and money, I would suggest getting a set of OEM HIDs rather then a plug and play kit.
