Where Can I Buy A K&N Filter for GS300???
I have a '99 GS300 and I am trying to find a good price for a K&N air filter. Does anyone know where I can order one. I checked Summit Racing and they only carry one for the GS400. Are these filters the same, if so I will order the one for the GS400. If not, who makes one for the the GS300?

Go right done the road from you to "Wynne Speed" and go and talk with the Black guy there with glasses. He will get it for you, if it is not in stock there... They have a large supply of K&N(I bought my cone filter there)... They used to suck big time... WS is under new management now so they are trying to boost their image.. With a larger store, new peeps, more products...
Tell him Thomas, the guy with the green SC4 sent you... He's eager to assist...

I called K&N and they said they don't have an application for the GS300 yet. Any suggestions, I don't want to pay that much for the one from the dealer.

enginyr- thanks for your help. all I found was the cone filter kit. I'm still under warranty (believe it or not) and I'm looking for just a drop-in filter
that's the one that I was told by the performancecenter.com rep is the same drop-in filter as the ES300. I'm still wondering if there is any truth to that???????

I'm still leery of ebay. Too many people got burned over there.
I don't have to draw out all the references on Anandtech.
The best deal may not always be the most pleasant deal.
Getting stuff off of ebay is like a little like gambling. Unless you know how the system works, your at the mercy of the other person.
