Ok...New GS "rendering"...I'd rather take Globe's GS!
Well, I went to the hood to stock up on my monthly supply of stuff I can't read (but the pictures sure are pretty...)
Here's Best Car's render of the next gen GS...boy, someone should be hung (publicly) over this one...if Lexus puts this out, I think every pre-2003/4 GS will go up in value!

You have to think that that is a wad of crud. Also that it represents a Photoshop effort by someone at Best Car.
That appears to be the current body style with modification of the central 2/3 of the front end and fascia. And the wheels don't do it for me, either. Otherwise, that rendering is the current body style (and considering how much Lexus changed the SC and ES, I'd be looking for something significantly more evolved than some slight but grotesque changes to the front clip).
That's a real stomach-pumper.:eek:

I agree that that car looks bad, but I said the same thing about the current generation when it first came out. I really liked (and still do like) the looks of the first gen GS, but now the new one has grown on me too. Let's have a little more faith in Lexus design, and hope that the GS team is completely separate from the ES team!

What's with the grill and the inner lights connecting like that!?!?! IMO, that is just plain ugly. I hope the next GS will have a more aggressive front end.... But I agree, the picture looks like a photoshop job of the current one.

Don't get alarmed... besides, if the next one's ugly, so what? It's hardly the end of the world, there will be plenty of great cars to buy.
