Exclamation stock tire size help.

Can anyone tell me the stock tire size for each model 300, 400, and 430?
I have a 99 gs300 and my tires are 215/60/16, i just had a flat on one of my rear tires and im thinking about going wider. Do you guys think i can fit 235/60 for my rear? Is the Gs400 wider and also the gs430? Thanks in advance!

Realize that all GS300 came in 16s, and the 400,430 came in 16s with optional 17s.

If you want wider, go with 235/55/16. They're essentially the same size as the 215/60/16 that you have right now as far as overall diameter goes..

1998-2002/2003 GS300
16" wheels: 215/60/16

2002/2003-2005 GS300
16" wheels: 225/55/16

1998-2005 GS400/430
16" wheels: 225/55/16
17" wheels: 235/45/17

GS400 and 430 with 16s come with 225/55-16. The later 2nd gen GS300s also came with this size. 235/60 would be too tall. check out the tire size calculator.

Your stock tire sizes should be on a sticker inside your driver door jam. The factory recommended tire pressures are there too.

on my 17" OEM I run 245/45/17, i believe this is the most for a 8" width rim

I just bought a set of falken 452 245/45/17 and love them, although I think you can go up to a 255/40/17 on the stock 17s too late now.
