Default Timing belt pics - ever see one this bad?

Took a pic of the timing belt on my GS400. Bought it used with 140K on it - the belt looks pretty bad to me, just wanted an opinion from someone who knows what they should look like.

Brief history- bought the car after it had been in an accident. I found the previous owner, left him 2 messages to see if he had the timing belt changed. (Lexus had nothing in their computer on it).

You can see it's starting to show little cracks. But for 140k miles, it doesn't look entirely bad. I've seen worse where the cracks are VERY visible.

I don't know if it has actually gone 140k without being changed, or it was changed at 90k and has gone another 50k without it.
