i dunno the beauty of the TTE lip IMO is that it fills in the gap on the front bumper giving it a cleaner sleeker look, if you paint it black it kinda defeats the purpose. try to find a pic of a white GS with the lip and photoshop it black to see how it looks. remember the most important thing is if you like it
i also think your car would look alot better if you ditched the pinstripes and stickers

nice clean white GS!
did you paint the lower part of your rear bumper?
tte lip: paint it white, trust me. after install, if you lower your car, it will look even lower as this lip fills in that front void. thats a
pin stripe: may improve the overall outlook of your car if you had them removed.

a black lip may not look too bad if you had a 2-tone theme to your car. but that would probably require that you also paint the lower portion of the car black.
i would follow SiccMonkey's advice and get a photoshop of a black lip and see how it looks.
and about those pinstripes

It's your car; do what you want. Most people will paint it the same color though. The car looks unfinished if you paint it a different color. Good luck!
Here is an example. The silver car with a black lip will look funny. Vice versa for the black car.

No. I didn't paint the lower bumper. I just got the carbon look sticker from Autobacs. simply peel off and stick on it. but it looks like has been painted

Thanks a lot for all of you guys. There are very valuable ideas. I should
really think about this seriously. Before I go next step. Like the pin
strip. (maybe different car will makes different, I got the idea form the BMW M5 AC style see the pic below) I thought it is hot before I put it on......now i I am plan to remove it, when I have time, even it takes me about 3 hours to put it on.......anyway, I should order a tte lip first. I heard some CL member said that we can receive 15%-20% discount from carson toyota. any body know that?
