Default Upper Control Arm or Bushing???

Jacked up the front and was able to move my front wheels a bit side to side. i know its from the upper control arm area but im just wondering if have replace the whole control arm or can i just replace the bushings? how can i tell?

Lexus doesn't sell OEM bushings separately. However, you can buy an aftermarket polyurethane set from Daizen that includes bushings for the upper, lower, and caster arm.

Are you sure its not the upper ball joint?

you can't replace the upper ball joint. It's a whole-arm deal.

I had play also in the front, so my mechanic had to replace the control arms...I guess if you plan on doing bushings it may be a good idea to do it all at once. If your asking if you can do bushings instead of I don't know for sure..Hope that helps
