How much vibration from the Road when upgrading to 19's or 20's

Did you noticably feel vibrations from the road when you added 19's or 20's?
I believe my road vibration to be a bit more than normal. I am running the Bridgestone Potenza RE960 245/35r19 and 275/30r19. They get flatspots from sitting more than about an hour and takes 5-6 miles to smooth back out. Even after that I still feel a good bit of vibration from what I belive to be the road and the very low profile tires. Sometimes it is enought to actually see the steering wheel shaking. I had very minimal vibration with stock 16's almost unnoticable.
I just put on my Volk GTS 19's. I have the propper hub rings, I then had them rebalanced on a hunter 9700 machine, put back on the car and finish balanced with a hofman on the car balancer.

This is what I have set up to hopefully fix this.
1. Diazen Steering Bushings ( have them just need to install)
2. New Caster Arms (Ordered from Carson)
3. New KYB GR2's ( Ordered from Ebay, on OEM's with 74K on them)
4. Alignment after install
If this isn't it I will try another wheel balance.

theres alot of threads about the vibrations around the 60-75mph, but everyone has a different solution. my issue was my tires, i had some no named nankangs then switched to kumhos solus and the vibrations went away. almost 85% of the vibrations were gone. another fix some members claim to help was to tighten the rack and pinion, and alot more...

I was just wanting to know how noticable the feel of the road was when switching to the 19's or 20's. I am not sure if it is the tires or the combination of tires, worn shocks, and worn bushings.
