I went through the same exercise and here are my thoughts.
20' - more "profile," less functional than other sizes. Ride quality is much more sports like than "I" prefer but looks BALLER!
19' - good profile and good handling but with Tein CS's (I have Tein's as well) the ride was still a little stiff. Mind you, I also have tower bars in the front and back but the ride wasn't agreeable with me.
18" - perfect match of profile, performance, and comfort. I rolled on L-Tuned staggered, then moved to O.Z. Galileo (black face, polished lip) More rubber, more comfort plus great styling!!

it depends on the overall look/stance you'd like to achieve.
if you want the clean look, go with 20s. i have yet to see anyone w/tein cs, and no other lower arm/rca work, that can flush/eliminate gaps on 19s (reason why i sold my cs).
seize has a pt, with your tte lip, the 20s may be the better choice. but tires for 20s are cheaper and are offered a more variety of selection than 19s? even if tires are cheaper, 20" wheels cost more than 19s.
imho, 20s only look good w/a full kit.
