Man screw all that... I'll tell you what I did... When I bought my car I noticed that the sub was blown. So I went out and bought the lowest wattage 10" sub that I could find. It was a jensen that I found at a wholesaler for 20 bucks. Then I noticed that the sub was just a little too small to mount right up, So I took the factory sub gutted it out and cut out the metal frame to where a had a circle cutout that fit the new sub and I used that as a mounting bracket for the sub. Then I used some material between the sub and the bracket and then some more in between the bracket and the rear deck that material was just to keep everything from rattling. Once that was done I mounted everything back and that was that... It looked like ***** but it got covered up by the rear deck panel and even if its only temporary until I get my system. And all of that set me back 20 bucks!! It sounds great and its like I dont even know its there...

The sub is also included obviously along with the fibreboard for a direct fitment to oem sub opening.....
I havnt got that far yet (amp needed). I was going to worry about that when it got here. Its alot easier to find amps then it is IB subs (free-air).
