I have the OEM Style Clear markers ... They are textured just like the Orange ones except they're clear and I've had no problems whatsoever with them ... I believe I've had them on for 4 -5 months now ...

i have a pair of those oem style clear OBX side markers that you guys are talking about.. still brand new in the original box. bought them for my last gs (the white one) but decided i liked the stock blinkers better. if you want them PM me ill sell them to you.. never bothered to list them in the classifieds yet because i completely forgot they were sitting on the shelf.
