Default Aftermarket clear side markers; which last the longest?

I'm on my 3rd DAMN set of these things and again they started to get condensation. Please let me know which ones you guys had and how long they have lasted without any leaks/condensation. Thanks.

I have the OEM Style Clear markers ... They are textured just like the Orange ones except they're clear and I've had no problems whatsoever with them ... I believe I've had them on for 4 -5 months now ...

...BTW each set of mine were fine for the first 6 mos. or so; then it was all down hill after that. Maybe I'm tightening them too much a creating a very tiny crack around the edge? They are only $20 shipped for the pair...it's just a PITA though...

That's exactly what I was going to say. I had to do the same thing with my turn signals on my old Integra that were aftermarket. I wanted the black housing "smoke" turnsignal to go with the thundergrey metallic car. It looked good together but they liked to leak. Took them out dried em out and hit them with silicone and never had a problem until of course, the integra met its death.

yup, you have to silicone the edges or they will always have condensation inside. Do that with your next set and see how long they last.

oh yeah, the OBX ones are the best, go for that one instead of the cheaper ones you end up buying a couple times and spending more money.
