Thats the lady who was learning to drive a manual trans. She was getting scared so the guy tells her to pull into the driveway. She pulls in too late and hits my car. I had a video that my dvr recorded of the accident but it got erased since my dvr's hd was full

That's some bad luck. I have learned my lessons for being too nice in the past involving fender-benders and getting screwed. Now I call the police every time because most people do what's best for themselves even if they are to blame.

Dude. I got my bumper trashed the other day. I was pretty depressed.
