They have those in Asia. Parking is difficult there so nearly every car has folding mirrors. Even the bottom of the line Toyota/Honda has it. I remember one time I had to crawl out of the back hatch since the parking was so compact. People here have no idea what compact parking is lol

I was in contact with a Lexus dealer in the UK a while back and they gave me the part numbers for the folding mirrors on a car. I looked them up here and we can get them through local US dealers. They are listed here as Taiwan spec. The mirrors, front door ecu's, and mirror control switch all have a Taiwan spec option that match up to the folding mirror #'s provided by the UK dealer. They should be the ones your looking for. I dont know if you need the door ecu for sure. Maybe you can jump the signal straight from the switch to the mirror. Though, It will be expensive for all new parts, I do believe it can be done.

Thats what Im saying. Go to a Lexus dealer and ask them to look up the parts (mirrors, mirror switch, maybe door ecus, etc) in your paint and trim code but specify you need Taiwan spec.
