Default Starting Issues

Need some help diagnosing this problem. I have a 98 GS400 78,000 miles. Whenever i leave the car for 4 days without driving the car just refuses to start. I have sit there and continue to mess with it for like 15 minutes before it starts. I will here a little click see the lights come on but then it wont start. I dont have this problem when i drive it frequently or like two days apart. Any help is greatly appreciated.

that click usually means a starter problem, have the battery checked first

Thanks for your reply. I was wondering if this could possibly related to the starter due to the fact that i dont have this problem when i drive the car frequently or a day apart it only happens when i have it sit there without driving for 4 days or more. If it is starter related how much would it cost for me to get starter replaced? Thanks for your help.

You should check the battery first as suggested by RI-Lex

i bet its battery. I had a older mustang that would do that. come to find out the battery was straight, but i have some kind of short that was grounding out and causing battery to drain. But to make a long story straight i would get battery checked or changed
