Help---- an emission sticker/carb certi Check?
i have a 98 GS4-Got a fix a ticket for not having an emission sticker/carb certi on my intake. I have a aftermarket intake which has an air box but it look clean and stock-. I need to get a copy or swap aftermaket with stock(which i dont want to do). im thinking if i just put a stock an emission sticker/carb certi on it i will be ok? Im located in Sacramento,Ca. anybody had this problem,they said i have to take the car to an Inspection Station? Will they check everything on the car or just the intake, i have a loud 3" from hearders back exhaust.

what kind of aftermarket intake do you have? I purchase the K&N intake, and made the mistake of throwing out the box with the carb sticker in it 
. It was until after that I heard about need that carb sticker in case of being ticketed that I panicked, but I was able to request a new one directly through the manufacturer, so maybe this might an option for you? Good luck.
