I have PPG glass on my car. It was replaced by the previous owner after a large rock shattered it. I'm fine with it and it's comparable to the OEM glass on my old GS.

I'm glad this came back up, I forgot to post a follow-up to my story with the glass shop...
So the Pilkington glass developed a stress crack after only a few days. started at the top edge, dead center over the rear view mirror and worked almost all the way down.

The shop handled it well and got me right in to have PPG glass put in. I think the PPG is a little better, it has fewer ripples in it.

Sad thing is, 2 weeks after that, I got a stone chip right in the center of my view
(Redneck road crews and their F*ing chip 'n seal)
