Default 90k Maintenance?

Well first of all i would like to say hello to all the guys and girls out there who is keeping up to this forum and sharing their knowledge.Im new to the forum and this is my first post.
I have a 01 Gs 300 and my 90k Maintenance Schedule is due soon. By reading all the earlier posts, think i got pretty much everything covered that what needs to be done at 90k service.Heres a list of all the parts im planning to replace, need feedback and expert advice if im missing something out or doesnt need to be replaced.

New Timing Belt
New Timing Belt Tensioner Bearing
New Water Pump
Replace Front Ball Joint
Replace Front Tire rods
Replace Steering Rack brushings
Replace Spark Plugs
Replace Diffrential , breaks , Powersteering and Coolant fluids
Transmission Fluid got replaced and Fuel System Cleaning at 87k

Im thinking to take it to a local mech(trying to save some buks) to get all the major parts replaced. Does anyone have an idea on how much should labor cost? or will a Lexus dealer install if i provide them with parts? Need Ur 2 cents on this guys.

^^ I got that part only done on my ES, labor is around $200. It might be around that much on GS as well

I think i know for sure Lexus dealer won't install it if you provide the parts. That's where they make $$$

My lexus will install parts you bring them.
I just bought 4 struts and all the and all the bushings from Swell Lexus online. Brought them to my Lexus dealer and they installed them. Saved about $250.00 on the parts buying them online.
