Need Opinion on Purchasing 98 Gs400 wondering if its a good enough deal to get

90 original miles
black leather
stock navi
comes with 13.5 jl w7 & 1000/1 amp
hids
yellow fog
new tail lights
17" chrome stock wheels
ext in good cond
int no rips
he wants 8k firm, talkes him down from 9500 to 8, whatchu guys think
checked carfax and it was rear ended

two words scream at me "salvage title" plus in the ATL area where I stay a 98 GS4 in Excellent condition = clean car fax and show room quality is valued right at $9k i wouldn't pay more than 7 for this car and you won't ever know what is wrong with the car
