Default Trunk...can I fix it myself or...

For some odd reason I just now noticed, that on my drivers side the trunk isnt flush with the side pannel. Is this something I can fix myself or do I need a body shop?

not flush in what way? just open the boot and check it out. it has brackets which hold it left to right so i dont think it can move side to side normally, but maybe one of the brackets is out of shape or a screw is loose.

or if it is too high, maybe the latch needs adjusting and is mounted too high and/or not straight. just have a poke around dude

Of cource I looked around, inside and out!!! Everything looks in order. Tried to tightin the bolt on the latch and nothing doing. Just trying to figure out if there is some kind of trick or methode of getting it flush.

Looks like you might need a body shop to re-align it

^ probably a good bet.

looking though it seems like the hinge isnt going down properly because thats where that is. i would be checking out that hinge if it is bent or out of place somehow.

other than that i guess a body shop is the next step..
