Default Oil The Steering Wheel

I got a 2001 GS4. When I turn off the car, my steering wheel retracts. I hear some oil needed when it retract, but not the going up part.
Does anyone know where you oil the steering wheel?

Weather getting cold. I drove to local grocery and the sound getting ignoring when shut off car on the steering wheel retracting. I went home and open the bottom of my steering wheel and spray some WD40 on the main 1 " rod (In/out) and 1/4" (up/down) rod.

Today I tested in the morning....suprisely not fix!!!!

You dont need to oil it, it contains a special grease, sort of like lithium grease, it doesn't go anywhere.
