Those are the Garson curtains...

I got them for my LS about a month ago, front and back. The only issue I have is that they technically do not cover the whole window when you open them up.

i was going to say the same thing... if you mount them exactly like in that pic they will cover the majority of the window when drawn but not all of it... nothing can really be done unless one day they start making them with a new length (doubt it). if you order anything other then a small (garson brand for the gs) they will be too big top to bottom where they mount..

It's my car... I only used the curtains for shows, because my windows are tinted anyways. The curtains are as long as the curtain rods, so it does not cover the whole window. I bought 2 curtain kits, was there a front and rear set?? The part numbers were the same..

Anyone know where I can just get the rods or whatever these curtains actually mount to?

Thanks for clearing that up for me! Onto my next question, is it easy to remove the 3M tape if I decide to take everything apart? Thanks!

its 3m double sided tape dude... it is what it is, not like permanently gluing the stuff down... you could take it off if you had to you just might be doing a little cleaning with some goo gone or something if you arent careful pulling it off.

True. I was curious because people said the supplied tape that's supplied for the spoilers are thooper tough so I wanted to clarify. Thanks.

Looks like a hearse. And a VIP look using 3M tape is just funny to me. But I'm in Wisconsin--I'm sure this wouldn't get laughed at in California.

thats just how they get attached.. its a thin layer under the top/bottom slide rails that the curtains hook into. its not like the curtain itself just sticks to your door with 3m tape..ha. i dont think people would feel comfortable drilling holes into their doorsills and permanently scarring them if they mounted that way. Garson was one of the original companies making these that a lot of others copy, they mount this way too.
