Default CEL and VSC and VSC off light came on again!

I had these lights come on and the car was running fine about 2 months ago. turned off car and on and they went off. no problems for about a month and it came on again, but didnt go off with turning car off and on. Car is running fine. took to autozone to read code. he said it was idle controll sensor i beleive it is. i reset ecu and no problems for about a month untill today. was going down the road and they all came on again. car is running fine. Its getting aggravating reseting ecu and having to reprogram everything. Im leaving it on being Im going to get a tranny flush tomorrow at my local mechanic and he is going to look at it. what do you all think it could be?

It would be nice to know what the code number was. All I could find was code PO505*3 that was related to the Idle Control System. Items that could cause this code are problems with the air induction system or the electric throttle control system.

r u using an aftermarket air filter? Time to change the air filter....also u should clean your MAF sensor...I found mines was dirty as hell after using K&N filter.

Also, clean the throttle body....then reset ecu overnight.
