A/C blows high

A/C blows high
Ok guys I finally got tired of driving around that having my a/c or heater on at full blast. For some reason it will not blow low, its like stuck on high no matter what i set the temperature to. have yall heard of this and what can cause it, could it be the blower motor?

will run you about $160+ at the dealer.
its located behind the glove box.
i think the Is300 one will work, they sell those on eBay.

yeah I do live in Fort Worth, I live the the so called hood of east side..thanks for the pic of the blower motor. i had took my glove box off and did see that box lookin thing there. i unplugged it while the a/c was on but it still kept on blowing on high.

Is this part the same as a "Blower Motor Relay"? I have the same problem with my car 2000 Lexus GS 300, and replaced the blower motor relay, and still only blows on High.
