yep,
i drilled a tiny hole to pass the wire form the mirror cap into and through the oem mirror..
all in all..its not a hard task...as a matter of fact, any mod is not hard, just have to be careful and know what u doing.
this took me about 30mins max...that was after i removed the mirrors from the car.
all in all, i can do everything (remove mirro, drill, attach caps, wire to turn signal in rear etc in about 1.5 hrs now)
i know the GS inside out now. Having been through 2 in the past
if only i knew more about the engine and mechanical side, i would be a GURU....

when i first heard millenium edition, i thought they were referring to the 2000 edition of the GS but in the leather booklet that contains the manual and some other booklets, they is a detailed history and story about this packaged story of how a selected few where chosen by lexus in partnership with American Express or something like that. offered exclusive AMEX cards and so on and so forth...
Not every 2000 model GS is a millenium edition.
Since i got the car used, am just basking in the first owners glory.
good enough for me though....lol
