I hear it is pretty common of 2nd gen gs owners to have their fog lights stolen, sadly the previous owner of my gs4 has lended me this problem...

my dilemma is i dont find the oem fogs all that special or aesthetically pleasing so im looking to go with an aftermarket fog light or put in some sort of cover (possibly carbon fiber to match the black/black)... wanted to know if anyone has done any good custom fog light set ups or custom inserts or grilles in the fog light area...

anxiously waiting for pics / responses (yay next mod here we come!)

also if others have had significant damage to the wheel well plastic gaurds and gaurd for the bottom of the bumper during theft (as i have), if you could let me know what you did to replace the pieces and how much it cost I would really appreciated it!!

i dont have any photos, but hella micro DE's are popular around my way for older model 1 gen gs's... they look pretty ok at night but in the day, i would recommend placing them further back to look stealth-like.

Alot of people have the stolen foglight issue especially with the 430 yellow capsuled ones. there are olny 2 screws which holds both of them down as you can see which makes it ridiculously easy to steal, some members put hex bolts or fabricate other methods to prevent/slow down the thieves

If you want to keep your stock fogs you can just get hex screws. I think DASHOCKER has a writeup on that. CarbonGS has IS fogs and I know people with the aimgain, JP, RMM (among others) kits have had some custom setups. Just search for it bro.
