I was thinking the same....must be using a spacer adapter to change the lug pattern VS. drilling the wheels.

yes you'll have to use an adapter for that. not really advisable to redrill wheels.

If they redrilled it correctly it should be just fine. I knew someone that put BMW specific aftermarket BBS rims on his Acura Legend. He had a shop fill in all the old holes with the correct aluminum (Whatever that is) so it was a solid hub again. Then they redrilled for the 5X114.3. The rims has zero problems and has lasted for at least 5 years with no problems before I lost touch with him. More than likely they are still good today.

Looks like the Infiniti G35 wheels will be played out shortly.. After the M6, perhaps Audi S5 wheels next?

Wheel adapters from 5x114.3 to 5x120. Thats what makes the wheels so flush. The adapters act as spacers, you can kind of see the adapter in the first pic rear wheel. You can't redrill those wheels, 5x120 is too much of a spread if you look at the wheel design theres no way it could work.

There are so many choices of wheels, why put BMW wheels on your Lexus?
or get hubcentric adapters. If i'm not mistaken the M6 uses the 5x120 pattern common on european cars. there should be an adapter to go from that 5x120 to our 5x114. A good set of adapters (which also act as spacers) will run you 150-300 depending on where you get them.
