Default Day Driving lights

Does anyone know how to make a seperate on/off switch for the parking lights lights(the blue lights) without turning on the headlights?

I want to make its own switch without turning on the headlights. I seen them done on the fogs but wondering if anyone attemted it with the day driving lights.

I want to be able to turn off the parking lights at night while my headlights r on.

No its not complicated. Take out the fuse and re-wire them before they approach the fuse to a separate switch. The downside is that auto feature will stay off whenever the day lights are meant to be on.

sidenote: i have no idea how to do what youre asking but you're gonna get RAPED by the 5-0 on those blue forward lights.

doesn't matter. any type of red or blue lights that could be misconstrued, they consider to be impersonating an emergency vehicle which is a felony. having just the blue lights on would be even worse than running them with your headlights.

for the record to the OP, those aren't your dayrunning lights, theyre your parking lights. Your day running lights are just your high beams run at a lower wattage so that they appear a bit dimmer.

you can get a switch at either the positive of the ground end of the bulb, so you can turn it on and off by cutting off the power of the ground. not that hard
