My Gs300!
Has anyone had a problem when your check engine comes and off. I have an 99 GS300 and the check engine light comes on and then later goes off. I took it to the lexus dealer for an oil change and see if the can detect what was going on. By the time I did the light went off. Crazy
Has the Lexus dealer tell you what causes this or did they hit you with a big fat bill of what was suppose to be done 3,000 miles ago thats why the light came on

Borderline or low coolant level can cause the check engine light to flash. One of the first gens that I test drove back in Jan threw the check engine light during the test drive and it was caused by a low coolant level.
