Be very very careful buying from ebay. Q45 projectors DO NOT COST $200.00 for a set.. The ones on ebay are China made.....FAKE
Real Infiniti Q45 projectors cost up to 700.00 new each side. Used they can go for from $400.00-$700.00 for both. One way to tell a fake is that real Q45 say "Made in Germany" The fake ones don't say anything on the face. The light output on the fake ones is almost like a reg factory non hid lens. I'm sure you can find many stories on how to point out a fake on HID planet..

I believe HID planet charges ~$120 for install. Q45 projectors run about $200 bucks + shipping on ebay:

Trust me I know. I used to live in NJ and would cross the bridge to NY and take a walk down Canal street. Than again downtown Newark, NJ would be another great example. Its everywhere. Unfortunately you just have to be very careful these days.

Those fakes aren't even designed for HID bulbs, complete waste of time and money but there's always someone waiting to prey on the uninformed.
This reminds me of a couple quotes I saw a while back and dug up just now from Manaray's profile, fits the discussion of knockoffs.
