Yes, this question comes up too often. We should make a thread with specs on current GS's with pics.

there's the 2 threads (1-on air and 2-tucked non-air) but i dont think many post their offsets. i think someone, a looooooooong time ago, wanted to start something like this, but a few CL'ers shot it down advising most prob wont post their offsets (since many are custom)

imho, i think it's a great idea to help all members; new and vets. it would totally help to understand thresholds of the 2GS; as well as parameters.

Another thing I suggest should be included is what your camber is set to. Some people don't mind running a little negative camber or a lot of negative camber to help fit the rims on their car, while others may want to still be within stock camber specs. I have friends that have crazy widths and offsets on their rims, but they do have some crazy negative camber as well.

I run 19x11 +23 in the rear and let me tell you... it takes work.

You have to run a stretched tire( I run 255/30) and you must shave and then roll.

In the front I run 19x9 +19 and just needed a roll. I could have went down a few more mm's but I'm happy.

If this helps any I run 19x9 in the front with 25 offset 225/35 tire and rear is19x10 with a 20 offset with a 245/35 tire had to roll the front and shave a lil off the brake calliper ......the rear I had to roll and pull just a lil . To me it was worth it . I like my sheeitt flush with huge lips.

excuse the wheel gap this pic was taken a couple weeks ago car is alot lower now

PMs are also a good way to go about this question.
You are right about pepole not going to give up their offset info, as well as some may not know it. that's why PMs might be your next best option.

I've seen a few with neg camber, however; it is not that comman, but good piont.

You can fit most G35 wheels, but it will take some work if you go with the very low/aggressive offsets that some of them use.

offset is not what you need to clear bbks. You need wheels that are design to clear big calipers. When shopping for wheels, make sure they are high disk wheels, those are bbk friendly, but make sure you also get the correct diameter to clear the caliper as well.
