After i had my 19's mounted and balanced and installed in my car i've gotten a vibration at around 60 mph+. At first i thought it was a part of the steering wheel vibration thats common with our cars but its starting to get real annoying. Does anyone have experience with this too? Maybe its my rear tires too i was thinking because one side has alot more camber wear then the other . What do you think i should do?

What kind of rims did you buy? Do they have a centering ring?
Did you check the progression of lug tightening (75 pd torque star direction) or did the shop you went to tighten everything with a power wrench?
Also, if they did a balance was a traditional balance or "road force" balance?

hubcentric rings, high speed road force balance up to 100mph, and you should be good to go. don't listen to louie, i saw your thread before and you bought brand new rims right? guaranteed there aren't any bent rims coming out of axis.
that and make sure the weights they used stay on well. I'm not a huge fan of stick on weights anyways but if they use them make sure they clean up the area before they stick them on or theyll come off. you don't really have a choice because you definitely don't want hammered on weights on your 19's haha

There are a couple of options for hubcentric rings. The first place is the manufactor of the wheels you have. I have a set of Volk's on my 350Z and Works on my GS300, they both were purchased new and the rings came with them.
Another option is a company I used for my lugs but also makes centric rings, Gorrila (http://www.gorilla-auto.com/hub.centric.rings). They're pretty high quality, I can attest to a good product with Gorilla.
The last suggestion I can make is a third party like www.1010tires.com (http://www.1010tires.com/hubrings.asp)

i just called around to a lot of local speed shops + car auto parts stores (no not autozone or pep boys but better ones) until someone told me of a shop that did have them.
